The “Country Under Wave” festival, organised by the Blue Raincoat Theatre Company, is an annual Sligo celebration of the theatre of W.B. Yeats. This year it coincides with the 58th Yeats International Summer School and the Tread Softly festival. Also this year, the “Country Under Wave” festival is celebrating the theatre of John MIllington Synge.
